Karen represents public and private companies, financial institutions, and venture capital and corporate investors on M&A, private equity, venture capital, securities, and general corporate matters. She also serves as the Silicon Valley office leader of ML Women, a global Morgan Lewis initiative dedicated to advancing the firm’s female lawyers.
