Ritter & Company in its majority equity partner transaction for Ritter Communications with Grain Management, a leading private equity firm. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2019.
Ritter Communications is the largest privately held regional broadband fiber, telecom, video, and cloud solutions provider in Arkansas. It has invested more than $100 million in local expansion over the past 10 years and boasts one of the largest, high-capacity fiber optic networks in the region.
