DUBAI, August 5, 2019: Morgan Lewis represented International Medical Center (IMC) in its agreements to acquire 100% of the share capital of three companies from their sellers in exchange for cash. Each target operates a separate specialized medical facility in North Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The three acquisitions closed in July 2019.
IMC is a multi-disciplinary 300-bed hospital delivering care to patients in more than 30 specialties including cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, and women’s and children’s health in Jeddah. The three acquisitions add a complimentary suite of medical capabilities to IMC’s patient-care offerings in Jeddah, including a modern primary care center, a state-of-the-art radiology center and a stand-alone day-case surgery center with four specialized surgical operating rooms.
