BOSTON, September 12, 2019: Morgan Lewis represented Greenbrook TMS Inc. in its acquisition of Achieve TMS Centers LLC and Achieve TMS Alaska LLC. Greenbrook will purchase Achieve through its US subsidiary, TMS NeuroHealth Centers Inc.
Greenbrook, a Canadian company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, provides Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services, an FDA-cleared, non-invasive therapy for the treatment of major depressive disorder and other mental health disorders. Achieve TMS operates 21 centers in Alaska, California, and Oregon.
