Morgan Lewis partner Sean Graber was interviewed by Ignites for an article about recent comment letters submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) urging that several crucial changes be made to the regulations governing closed-end funds. When asked about a suggestion that the SEC drop the restriction on the amount closed-end funds can invest in hedge funds, Sean noted, “It’s the issue that comes up most for me when I’m dealing with product development with our clients.”
