Morgan Lewis Advises Bunker Hill Capital in Portfolio Company Sale

BOSTON, November 12, 2019: Morgan Lewis represented Bunker Hill Capital and its portfolio company, the ASPEQ Heating Group companies (ASPEQ), in the sale of ASPEQ to Industrial Growth Partners. 

Bunker Hill Capital is a Boston-based private equity firm that invests in lower middle-market companies across multiple sectors, including industrial products, business services, and consumer products.

ASPEQ is a provider of custom-configured electric heating and thermal management products to the industrial, commercial, military, marine, and transportation markets.

Industrial Growth Partners, based in San Francisco, is a private equity firm that invests exclusively in middle-market companies in the industrial sector.

Partner Brian Keeler and associate Katerina Papacosma led the Morgan Lewis team advising Bunker Hill Capital and ASPEQ.
