What’s Your Bias?, Leader’s Edge

Morgan Lewis partner and leader of the firm's eData practice Tess Blair spoke with Leader’s Edge about the firm’s “#MeToo bot” algorithm. In the article, Tess explained that “the algorithm can analyze virtually any kind of data (structured or unstructured) to which we can get access . . . virtually anything on a smart phone, drones, etc.” She provided an example of how the bot can be used to analyze years of company emails and find evidence of a specific person’s questionable communications.
