LONDON, January 8, 2020: Morgan Lewis has advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on a Turkish lira financing package for Enerjisa Enerji, one of Turkey’s largest utilities, for the purpose of capital expenditure investment in its electricity distribution infrastructure.
The transaction marks the first EBRD loan linked to the new Turkish Lira Overnight Reference Rate benchmark.
