Leader of Morgan Lewis’s eData practice Tess Blair spoke with The Guardian about the use of artificial intelligence in helping clients create safe and respectful workplaces in the wake of #MeToo. She discussed the algorithm the firm has developed for clients to scour large volumes of digital communication to identify anomalies for further review. “Computers are not value-judging, they are saying ‘this doesn’t fit the pattern’,” she said. “It is then up to us to interpret.”
