WASHINGTON, DC, February 21, 2020: Morgan Lewis partners Lewis Csedrik and Levi McAllister and associate Arjun Ramadevanahalli have been recognized with a Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award as part of the 2020 Burton Awards, a nonprofit program honoring excellence in law. This is the third consecutive year that Morgan Lewis lawyers have received this recognition. Lewis, Levi, and Arjun were recognized for their article, “Coming Soon: More Federal Action on Pipeline Cybersecurity,” which was published by Law360 in December and discusses recent federal efforts to oversee pipeline cybersecurity and potential challenges for the industry.
Lewis and Levi are partners in Morgan Lewis’s energy practice in Washington, DC. Lewis represents clients before the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Department of Energy, and Department of Labor in whistleblower litigation and government investigations, including investigations into alleged retaliation and regulatory violations. Levi’s practice focuses on compliance with regulatory provisions administered by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and state public utility commissions that affect the energy industry.
Arjun is an associate in the firm’s energy practice in Washington. He represents electric power and natural gas industry participants in regulatory, transactional, and enforcement matters before FERC and the North American Electric Reliability Corporation.
