Morgan Lewis partner Pulina Whitaker was quoted in a Legaltech News article about a recent UK Supreme Court ruling relating to a landmark data breach case. The ruling provides some clarification on corporate data breach liabilities.

Commenting on the judgment, Pulina argued that once the case got approval from the High Court it acted as “a tested mechanism for affected data subjects to bring actions against that controller as a group.”
