Morgan Lewis partner Mark Krotoski was quoted in a Washington Post article about the upcoming Supreme Court case Van Buren v. United States and the ruling’s potential implications on the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA).  In the article, Mark discussed 2014 guidance from the US Department of Justice regarding the law, and noted that “to call this just an anti-hacking law is an over simplification.
