Morgan Lewis partner and co-director of the firm’s Workplace Culture Consulting group Chai Feldblum was quoted in a New York Times article about the implications of a landmark US Supreme Court ruling that bans discrimination against LGBTQ+ workers. “It’s a guarantee that if a person ends up going to court, their ability to bring a claim is not in doubt,” said Chai. “Whether that claim succeeds is no different than in any other case.”
