Supreme Court Affirms Validity of ‘Booking.com’ Trademark, Bloomberg Law

Morgan Lewis partner Kevin Fee spoke with Bloomberg Law for an article about the US Supreme Court’s decision to affirm the “Booking.com” trademark ruling. In the piece, Kevin discussed the potential cases to follow, noting  “whenever the court rejects ‘per se’ rules and adopts fact-dependent analysis, it always invites litigation.”
