Morgan Lewis partner Susan Harthill was quoted in an HR Magazine article about the latest guidance on worker safety COVID-19 protection programs issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). In the piece, she explained that this guidance is a signal of what employers could anticipate from emergency temporary standards. "It is possible OSHA will issue additional guidance as needed, but presumably the agency's main focus will be the emergency temporary standard. OSHA can also enforce some of the guidance through existing standards and through the general-duty clause," said Susan.
