Should Employers Wait Out OSHA's Vaccine Mandate? 'If You're a Gambler,' HR Dive

Associate Alana Genderson spoke with HR Dive about the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA’s) emergency temporary standard (ETS) requiring some employers to implement COVID-19 vaccine mandates or testing requirements by January 4.  "If OSHA conducts a workplace inspection, they're going to ask for employee vaccine or testing records—this is not just a paper exercise," Alana said, adding that the top priority is compliance with all “underlying substantive requirements of the ETS."
