Top Cyber Lawyers 2022, Daily Journal

Partner Mark Krotoski was named among the Daily Journal’s Top Cyber Lawyers for 2022. The publication noted Mark’s previous roles as an assistant US district attorney in the Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property Program at the US Department of Justice (DOJ), and as senior counsel and assistant chief of the Antitrust Division’s National Criminal Enforcement section, where he advised on electric evidence and forensic matters. Mark, currently co-leader of the firm’s privacy and cybersecurity practice, said this past work has prepared him for his current practice. “I’ve seen how these cases are investigated and how you prove them in court,” he shared.
