NEW YORK, March 9, 2022: Morgan Lewis represented Wells Fargo in connection with the financing for Clearlake Capital Group LP’s agreement to acquire Intertape Polymer Group Inc. (IPG). In an all-cash transaction valued at $2.6 billion, Clearlake will acquire the outstanding shares of IPG, including net debt.
Clearlake is an investment firm operating integrated businesses across private equity, credit, and other related strategies. IPG develops, manufactures, and sells paper- and film-based pressure-sensitive and water-activated tapes, stretch and shrink films, and protective packaging for industrial and retail use.
