Associate Dan Kadish spoke to WorkLife about New York City’s new law requiring employers to include a salary range in all job postings, and the potential impacts on competitive compensation and resignations. “These laws provide a huge amount of market research for companies, which traditionally has not been accessible,” Dan shared. He further noted that “traditionally, it was hard to know what a new role was going to pay until you went through the interview process and talked to the relevant managers.”
