BOSTON, November 04, 2016: Morgan Lewis Partner Amiel Weinstock was inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel (ACTEC) on November 04.
Mr. Weinstock works with clients and their advisors—including attorneys, accountants, and wealth managers—to develop and prepare sophisticated and appropriate estate plans for high-net-worth families. He works with his clients to successfully accumulate, manage, and distribute their personal wealth in a tax-efficient and meaningful manner. Mr. Weinstock is frequently asked to serve as trustee for his clients, and he brings experience in advising individual and corporate fiduciaries regarding ongoing obligations and responsibilities to trust beneficiaries.
ACTEC is a national organization of approximately 2,600 lawyers and law professors elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors. To become a fellow, a lawyer must have no less than 10 years' experience in the active practice of probate and trust law or estate planning. Fellows are elected based on their outstanding reputation, exceptional skill, and substantial contributions to the field by lecturing, writing, teaching, and participating in bar activities.
