Morgan Lewis partner Mary “Handy” Hevener was interviewed for a Bloomberg Tax article about a provision in the Taxpayer First Act that lowers the threshold for the electronic filing requirement. The provision “didn’t get a lot of publicity,” said Handy. “At least there is enough lead time for filers because this is one more thing they have to program for.”
