NEW YORK, December 13, 2018: Legal decision-makers have singled out Morgan Lewis among the leading law firms in client service delivery for the 18th consecutive year, according to BTI Consulting’s 2019 Client Service A-Team survey.
Morgan Lewis is one of just three firms to have achieved the highest overall scores every year since the survey's inception in 2002. For 2018, Morgan Lewis was named “Best of the Best,” the survey’s highest ranking, in a number of the criteria identified by more than 350 corporate counsel as critical to achieving client service excellence. The categories include client focus, breadth of services, ability to organize nationwide resources in response to clients’ needs, innovative approach, and capacity to adapt in the midst of unexpected changes.
