NEW YORK, November 29, 2017: For the 17th consecutive year, Morgan Lewis has earned a spot among BTI Consulting Group’s “Client Service 30,” a select group of 30 law firms recognized as outstanding providers of client service by legal decision-makers. The firm is one of only three firms receiving this recognition for each of the 17 years the ranking has been issued.
Corporate counsel surveyed for BTI’s Client Service A-Team 2018: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance recognized Morgan Lewis in every area they identified as important and designated the firm as a leader in more than half the criteria, including understanding their business, focusing on their needs, collaborating across the firm, and offering a breadth of services.
Client Service A-Team 2018 covers more than 300 firms. Less than 10% comprise the annual report’s elite group of “Client Service 30.”
The BTI Consulting Group conducts research on how clients acquire and evaluate their professional services.
