SILICON VALLEY, January 30, 2018: Morgan Lewis partner Mark L. Krotoski has been named to the Daily Journal’s 2018 Top Cyber/Artificial Intelligence Lawyers list, which recognizes the top 20 lawyers in California who are at “the cutting-edge of cybersecurity law.”

Mr. Krotoski represents and advises clients on cybersecurity and privacy matters; antitrust cartel investigations; trade secret, economic espionage, fraud, and foreign corrupt practices cases; and government investigations. He successfully prosecuted and investigated virtually every type of computer intrusion, cybercrime, and criminal intellectual property violation.

Mr. Krotoski has been previously recognized for his cybersecurity practice, including in 2016 as a Cybersecurity Trailblazer by The National Law Journal and by the Cybersecurity Docket’s Incident Response 30 list of the best and brightest data breach response lawyers.
