Fidelity’s CEO Physically Moved her Office so she Could Keep an Eye Out on Harassment, The Boston Globe

Following high-profile scrutiny of its workplace conditions, Fidelity Investments CEO Abby Johnson sought outside advice to examine its culture from Grace E. Speights, who leads Morgan Lewis’s labor and employment practice. Acting on the advice of Ms. Speights, Ms. Johnson formed a new sexual harassment committee, giving employees another way to air concerns, and moved her office at Fidelity’s headquarters to keep a watchful eye on portfolio managers, research analysts, and traders.
