NEW YORK, June 25, 2018: Morgan Lewis has been named among the top corporate law firms in the United States by Corporate Board Member, a division of Chief Executive Group and a market leader in board education, in its 18th annual list of "America's Best Corporate Law Firms."
The survey, conducted from February to April 2018, reflects the views of approximately 250 US directors and general counsel of publicly traded companies, who are asked to select the top 25 firms they would most like to represent them in a variety of corporate legal matters.
The corporate practice at Morgan Lewis has nearly 450 lawyers in offices throughout the United States, Europe, Middle East, and Asia who focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), private equity, capital markets (including public and private equity and debt offerings), emerging business and technology, technology, outsourcing and business transactions, project finance and infrastructure, and real estate.
