Human Rights Campaign Foundation Again Awards Morgan Lewis 100% Rating on Corporate Equality Index

NEW YORK, November 13, 2017: For the tenth consecutive year, Morgan Lewis has earned a perfect score of 100% in the annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and has been named one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality” by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.

The foundation, which administers the CEI, is one of the nation’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer equality, and the CEI is its national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer) workplace equality.

The 2018 CEI rated 947 businesses on LGBTQ-related policies and practices, including nondiscrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBTQ community. Morgan Lewis’s efforts in satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria resulted in a 100% ranking and the designation as a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.”
