Morgan Lewis partner Josh Dalton was interviewed for a World Trademark Review article about the US Supreme Court’s ruling in Incu v Brunetti. Josh discussed the likelihood that Congress will write a new statue limiting the prohibition of trademarks to those that are “lewd, sexually explicit, or profane regardless of viewpoint.”
