NEW YORK, July 14, 2015: Morgan Lewis’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice announces the launch of the firm’s newest blog: ML BeneBits.

Debuting today, this blog covers the waterfront of topics related to employee benefits and executive compensation—from plan design, qualification, and documentation matters to fiduciary questions, ERISA Title I investment issues, executive compensation trends, health and welfare benefits compliance, and questions related to payroll tax, fringe benefits, and multiemployer plans. It addresses key regulatory, legal and legislative developments, market trends, and litigation issues relevant to all types of employers that sponsor benefits and compensation programs, including private and public companies, public entities, and tax-exempt entities, as well as to plan fiduciaries and administrators.
