L.A. Ethics Commission OKs More Than $47,000 in Fines for Lobbying Violations, Los Angeles Times

The Los Angeles City Ethics Commission LACEC agreed Tuesday to fine two nonprofits more than $47,000 for failing to accurately report how much they had spent trying to influence city lawmakers.

Litigation partner Nathan Hochman, who also serves as an ethics commissioner, is quoted regarding the decision.
