Morgan Lewis partner Sheri Dillon, who serves as vice chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) tax section’s pro bono and outreach committee, announced that the ABA tax section will be expanding its tax preparation services for military personnel. Sheri noted in a Bloomberg Tax article that the Adopt-A-Base program started during the 2012 filing season, and has expanded to 39 participating bases this year totaling more than 49,000 tax returns.
