FRANKFURT, SILICON VALLEY & TOKYO, May 7, 2019: ACCESS Co. Ltd. and its German subsidiary ACCESS Europe GmbH have acquired all of the outstanding shares of NetRange MMH GmbH and NetRange Automotive GmbH. Morgan Lewis advised ACCESS on the transaction.
ACCESS is a Tokyo-based global provider of advanced IT solutions centered on mobile and network software technologies to telecom carriers, consumer electronics manufacturers, broadcasting and publishing companies, and the automotive industry. NetRange, a private company based in Hamburg, Germany, provides white labeled, turnkey Smart TV and OTT ecosystems including OS.CAR, the new connected car infotainment platform.
