PITTSBURGH, March 6, 2020: Morgan Lewis represented Artemis Capital Partners in the sale by its portfolio company, Adcole Corp., of Adcole Maryland Aerospace (AMA) to AE Industrial Partners.
AMA specializes in the design, manufacture, integration, test, and operation of spacecraft components and small satellites. AE Industrial Partners is a private equity firm specializing in aerospace, defense and government services, power generation, and specialty industrial markets. Artemis Capital is a private equity firm focused on acquiring and growing manufacturers of differentiated industrial technologies.
