NEW YORK, February 14, 2020: Morgan Lewis represented Broadway Technology, a provider of high-performance capital markets solutions, in its recapitalization led by ION Investment Group. Under the agreement, ION is acquiring a controlling stake alongside Long Ridge Equity Partners and the Broadway founders.
