PHILADELPHIA, August 27, 2015: Morgan Lewis represented private equity firm Brookwood Financial Partners in the approximately $183 million purchase of a 29-office building portfolio located in the Greater Philadelphia suburbs.
The properties included total more than 1.6 million square-feet and are spread across Fort Washington, Horsham, Bensalem, and Allentown, PA. Brookwood plans to spend $7.5 million making improvements to the exterior and interiors of the properties, which currently house 175 tenants. The transaction also included a $157 Million loan from Starwood Property Trust, Inc.
