BOSTON, June 29, 2015: Morgan Lewis represented Bunker Hill Capital in its acquisition of a majority equity interest in ASPEQ Heating Group, a St. Louis, Missouri-based manufacturer of highly engineered custom electric-heating and thermal-management products.
The Morgan Lewis team advising on the transaction was led by partners Rob Wolf, Brian Keeler and Marion Barish.
