BOSTON, August 7, 2019: Morgan Lewis represented Celect Inc, a Boston-based provider of predictive analytics and inventory optimization for retailers, in the company’s acquisition by NIKE Inc.
Celect offers a cloud-based, predictive analytics SaaS platform that helps retailers optimize their overall inventory portfolios in stores and across the supply chain. NIKE is a global leader in designing and distributing athletic footwear, apparel, equipment and accessories for a wide variety of sports and fitness activities.
Partners Brian Keeler and Michael Barron and associate Katerina Papacosma led the team representing Celect in this transaction. Morgan Lewis has advised Celect on a range of corporate matters, including various venture financings, since the company’s inception in 2013.
