LONDON, February 22, 2019: Morgan Lewis has advised Connect Airways Limited, a consortium comprising Cyrus Capital Partners, Virgin Atlantic and Stobart Aviation, and Cyrus Capital Partners in the completion of the acquisition of Flybe.
The agreement pertains to the acquisition of Flybe Group PLC's operating subsidiaries, Flybe Limited (including Flybe Aviation Services Limited) and Flybe.com Limited.
Morgan Lewis also advised Connect Airways on the related acquisitions of Stobart Air and aircraft leasing firm Propius from Stobart Group, which completed at the same time.
Morgan Lewis partner Georgia Quenby and of counsel Victoria Thompson led the team advising Connect Airways and Cyrus Capital.
