PHILADELPHIA, December 14, 2015: Morgan Lewis represented Eureka Growth Capital and Cherry Hill Holdings, Inc. in the sale of Cherry Hill to an affiliate of private investment firm Keystone Capital, Inc. The transaction closed on November 30, 2015.
