LONDON, June 25, 2018: Morgan Lewis represented Global Processing Services (GPS), a leading global payments processor, in the £44 million ($58.34 million) funding by UK private equity house Dunedin: the region’s third largest fintech financing in 2018 to date.
The financing was led by Morgan Lewis partners Timothy Corbett and David Ramm with support from associates Angus Young and Neil McKnight.
