PHILADELPHIA, April 9: Morgan Lewis represented New York-based Gramercy Property Trust Inc. (NYSE: GPT) in an underwritten public offering of 8,500,000 shares of the real estate investment trust’s common stock at $27.75 per share. In addition, the underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 1,275,000 shares of common stock.
