PHILADELPHIA, November 9, 2010: Today, Grupo Bimbo, S.A.B. de C.V. ("Grupo Bimbo") announced that it will purchase Sara Lee Corporation's North American Fresh Bakery business for $959 million. Together, the businesses will operate 75 plants and will employ more than 28,000 associates. Morgan Lewis advised Grupo Bimbo on the labor aspects of this transaction.
