WASHINGTON, DC, July 30, 2015: Morgan Lewis represented wireless analytics leader Inovvo in its acquisition of comScore’s Wireless Solutions division, including the flagship Subcriber Analytix platform.
As a result of the transaction Inovvo now services all Subscriber Analytix clients, including Tier 1 communication service providers in North America, Asia Pacific and Europe. It retains the licensing rights to the proprietary technology and data that were utilized as part of the platform.
