NEW YORK, June 18, 2018: In a transaction announced today, Morgan Lewis represented New State Capital Partners in the sale of its portfolio company, Central Conveyor Company LLC, to U.S. Tsubaki Holdings, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Tsubakimoto Chain Co.
Central Conveyor offers automotive and industrial conveyor systems, conveyor system integration, custom conveyor design, and controls automation. Tsubakimoto Chain is a manufacturer and developer of power transmission products and materials handling systems.
