LONDON, April 8, 2020: Morgan Lewis has advised NSM Insurance Group (NSM), a subsidiary of White Mountain Group (NYSE: WTM), on its acquisition of Kingsbridge Group Limited, a leading UK provider of specialist insurance for contractors, freelancers, and gig economy workers. The deal completed on April 7 2020.
NSM focuses on the development, implementation, underwriting, distribution, and marketing of industry-specific insurance programs.
