Morgan Lewis Advises Pearson on $230 Million Acquisition of Schoolnet

NEW YORK, April 26, 2011: Pearson, the world's leading learning company, today announced that it would acquire Schoolnet for $230 million in cash. Schoolnet is an innovative and quickly-growing education technology company that brings together assessment, curriculum, and other services to help individualize instruction for students and improve teacher effectiveness.

A Morgan Lewis team advised Pearson on the transaction.
