Morgan Lewis Advises Quantum Computing Software Leader QxBranch in $4.1 Million Financing

WASHINGTON, DC, July 3, 2018: Morgan Lewis represented local data analytics firm QxBranch, Inc in its $4.1 million cross-border Series A financing.

Morgan Lewis Partner Andy Ray and associate Ben Stein advised QxBranch on the transaction announced on June 26. The financing was led by Dymon Asia Ventures and Alpha Intelligence Capital. Other investors participating in the round included WorldQuant Ventures and the Maryland Venture Fund. 

Positioning itself as at the forefront of incorporating quantum computing to its offerings, QxBranch deploys enterprise analytics solutions for clients facing difficult data science problems across the finance, insurance, pharmaceuticals, media, and energy industries.
