NEW YORK, March 11, 2016: Morgan Lewis represented The New York Times Company in its purchase of digital marketing agency HelloSociety from Science, Inc.
The acquisition, which closed today, will integrate HelloSociety’s engagement tools into the marketing and creative services provided by the Times Company’s in-house creative marketing agency, T Brand Studio.
The Morgan Lewis team advising on the transaction was led by partner Robert Dickey and associates James Fang and Katherine Dean. Additional support was provided by partners Ron Dreben, Gary Rothstein and Richard Zarin; of counsel Jill Weintraub; and senior counsel Carole Klein.
