The second day of the program will feature keynote speaker Bruce Pfau, PH.D., KPMG’s former Vice Chair of Human Resources and Communications, who will discuss his influential Harvard Business Review case study demonstrating the powerful, positive effects of unleashing employees’ sense of higher purpose on an organization’s culture, workforce engagement, business performance, and company brand. Morgan Lewis partner Barbara Melby and Victoria Phelan, KPMG Managing Director in Shared Services and Outsourcing, will also moderate interactive presentations and panels featuring timely topics on innovation and ways to enable positive change in outsourcing and shared services.
