SANTA MONICA, January 20, 2015 – Morgan Lewis is pleased to announce the appointment of partner Seth M. Gerber as managing partner of the firm’s Santa Monica office effective immediately as the firm – now one of the largest in the world – begins a significant new chapter in 2015.
Mr. Gerber is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on business, trade secret, and real estate litigation. He has tried cases in state and federal courts, including both jury and bench trials, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums. In 2011, Mr. Gerber was named one of the top 20 lawyers in California under the age of 40 by the Los Angeles andSan Francisco Daily Journal. Mr. Gerber joined the firm from Bingham McCutchen. He earned his J.D. at UC Hastings College of Law and his B.A. at Trinity College, where he graduated Pi Gamma Mu.
